Eee, I’m brilliant! Yeah! Thanks. I was kinda piggy-backing off of some much more learned people, but it’s nice to get a little notice, in any case. I went to this feminism in law conference in 2009 at the University of Baltimore and sat through the morning talks, and it was awesome and mind-expanding. If you read the papers of the conference presenters, I would recommend Josephine Ross’s piece on the concept of consent and how it isn’t *really* consent when the person requesting it has authority over you.
